Mission Yoga is a gem, and their Sunday sound bath sessions are truly something special. The space itself is calm, grounded, and welcoming, which sets the tone the moment you walk in. But the sound bath is what really takes it to another level. Every Sunday feels like a full reset. The combination of breath, stillness, and the layered sounds from the bowls and instruments is deeply relaxing without feeling overly “out there.” You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely restored. It’s one of those rare experiences where your body fully lets go and your mind actually quiets down. If you’re looking for a way to wind down your week and start the next one feeling centered, this is it. Highly recommend making it a Sunday ritual.

Such an amazing studio! I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I walked in and loved my first class. The studio was the perfect level of warmth, has great lighting and ambience to relax into the practice without losing focus / drishti. I can’t wait to come back for more!

I’m interested in joining a new yoga studio in the city, and had the pleasure to visit Mission Yoga. The studio is large, comfortable, and has a comfortable funky vibe that I really enjoyed. The instructor was excellent, I’ve had the chance to take a class with Steve and Sahara. Classes are traditional 26+2 modified for shorter times and there are other classes I’m looking forward to trying. It looks like the studio has community events, and again, the class is taught in a blacklit room with glow lights in fun colors.

I love this studio so much! Steve23, Tyrell and the whole crew are absolutely amazing, encouraging and great instructors. The classes are challenging but doable for all levels with a good pace and great music! I would highly recommend for anyone who is interested in hot Pilates/HIIT, yoga and want to get your body moving!

I just attended a sound healing workshop at New Mission Yoga, and it was such an incredible experience! This was my second event here, and every time, I leave feeling amazed. The instructors were so knowledgeable and welcoming, guiding us through different instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flutes, and gongs, and many others. Getting to create our own sound healing session at the end was so much fun and made the whole experience even more interactive and personal. The studio has such a positive energy, making it easy to relax and fully immerse in the practice. If you're looking for a new and unique experiences with a supportive community, I recommend checking out their events and classes!
