I just wanted to say how pleasantly surprised I was going into Overstock for the first time today. I was actually a little in shock when I first walked in. No one bombarded me trying to sell me something. There were so many young employees working their butts off cleaning and vacuuming and helping other customers. They weren’t standing around doing nothing. Not one. But they were all very aware and watched the floor to make sure no one needed anything. There were several people in there at the time. Everyone was taken care of. It was very organized. A VERY WELL MANAGED STORE AND COMPANY. I picked up my table with no hassle. Every employee was just wonderfully quick and helpful. It was just a wonderful experience. I felt like it was the kind of world and service you used to get before the pandemic.
We had a great experience at Louisville Overstock in J-Town! The showroom had a surprising variety of options—much more than we expected. The atmosphere was really casual and comfortable, not at all like the typical high-pressure furniture stores. Nobody hovered while we browsed, but when we did have questions, the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. The ordering process was seamless and everything was clearly explained. Overall, an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend checking them out!

I was looking for bedroom furniture when I found a set I loved. Just what I was looking for. The ordering was easy, the furniture was ready for delivery sooner than expected, and the delivery men were efficient and friendly. Will definitely shop here again.
