Booking was easy, the technicians were great, unfortunately they do the thing where they thin all the nail polish and thus weaken it. We weren’t home more than 4 hours before we both had our separate manicures/pedicures chip and peel. If you’re selling Dazzle Dry, you need to use the polish as directed, not thin it to stretch the bottle and pad your margins. We will be going back tomorrow in an attempt to let them remedy this, but ultimately, my advice is that the tools and materials they used aren’t fresh, they aren’t new or sanitized, and you’re risking infection and a lackluster manicure that costs more than it should considering they aren’t willing to use the products correctly. They also forgot about the nail art my daughter requested and slapped on some decals that extended onto her skin after the fact because they were too busy to accommodate.
