Vivi is so nice and patient and I love her style of dog training. Her style makes it enjoyable to work with my dog because it promotes positive vibes and bonding. My dog Lily has already learned to pick up on cues I say, and so I know I just need to continue working with her. I am looking forward to doing this and know that it will make a difference because I already see it. Vivi's explanation of things make total sense, to the point of "duh, why didn't I think of that?" But that's why she's here to guide us. Thanks Vivi - I just wish I had her as a trainer when Lily was a puppy because then we would have had a jump start on things from the get go.

We started seeing Vivi back in April for overall reactivity but specifically with men, runners, children, larger dogs, etc. Through the different training sessions Vivi was able to equip me as a dog owner to better understand my dogs body language, behaviors, etc. As a mini Australian shepherd, he is very energetic and being able to understand him better has made a huge difference in our bond. I’ve had friends & family tell me that they see a positive difference in overall aggression. Every day is a work in progress but having Vivi’s support and guidance makes a huge difference. We worked with Vivi for both the one on one training classes & the group reactive classes. Through the one on one sessions, we were able to focus on specific triggers. As for the group reactive classes, it has been a great exposure with other dogs that are similar to him in different situations and environments which has improved his confidence greatly. Vivi is so positive, attentive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

When we are working with Vivi, it feels like we are with family. It just makes everything much easier and more comfortable. She was born to be a dog trainer. What ever goals we have for our dog (Escobar) or whatever challenges we present her with, her methods are always spot on and effective. Viviana implements her knowledge and love for dogs in her training. She is patient and willing to work with inexperience dog owners. Please understand that she gives you tools to work with your dog, you have to put work in in order to be successful. Viviana is also great with kids, she does a great job at helping them understand their pet’s behavior as well as teaching them how to handle unwanted/unacceptable behaviors.
