Very kind and professional! They fixed my glass after someone broke into my car, and the motor on my window also needed repair. They worked with me so I could afford to get everything done. Truly small-town service in a big city — real human kindness during a stressful situation. I’ll definitely be back for any future glass repairs.

I had an amazing experience with Low Price Auto Glass North Lamar. The team was incredibly friendly, skilled, and professional from start to finish. I came in for window tinting, and they did a perfect, clean job—you can tell they really know what they’re doing. They explained everything clearly, worked fast, and the final result made my car look brand new. The quality of the tint is excellent, and the service was even better. If you need tinting or anything glass-related, I highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass North Lamar. Great people, great prices, and great work!

I have included photos of before the repair, after the repair, and 24 hours after the repair. I called, asked if they fixed windscreen chips. They said they do. I drove to the shop, handed them the keys, and got my car back in 15 mins. I noticed the crack got bigger, but didn’t think much of it. I also saw a mark that I thought was the repair resin, and got a razor blade to try and remove it. After I got home, that was when I realized the resin mark was actually a scratch. The technician repairing the chip must have slipped when he was “drilling” out the chipped glass. The crack also grew an additional half inch as well. When I returned to Low Price Auto Glass (LPAG) to voice these issues. The manager pointed at a sign that said chip repairs were not guaranteed and can make cracks worst. Well, it would be nice if they gave me that warning before the work was performed. The manager also states that the scratch mark I saw was a crack. It is not a crack. I had another shop confirm my initial findings that is it a scratch. I do not recommend LPAG, the technician scratched my window during the repair process and he did not come forward with it. The manager also refuses to acknowledge the damage to the windscreen caused by the repair process, calling and obvious scratch a crack. The crack also grew after the chip was repaired as well. They should have warned me of the potential for additional damage from the repair process before I handed them the keys. The initial photo shows the small chip and 2 cracks. The photo after the repair is the photo with the 2 black sharpie dots. Here you can see that the lower crack has grown, and the mark where the technician scratch the glass. The photo 24 hours after the repair is the photo with tape near the top crack. I was using tape to monitor the crack progress. The lower crack has grown an additional ~0.5 inches.
