The work (passenger seat bottom and back restoration) was finished at night and looked good at the time (low light condition). The next day, I noticed the seat back wasn’t done as expected/agreed upon. He said he would come back but never returned my (several) messages to establish a time to do so. I sold the car a week or so later, but to get blown off repeatedly to finish the job was unprofessional. That being said, the surfaces that were done looked good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alex did an amazing job repairing my damaged Tesla dashboard (white interior) today! He saved me $800 by fixing it instead of replacing the whole thing, and the results are flawless—you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. The best part? My 10 Year old Room & Board leather couch was getting faded in our sunny family room. Alex came to look at the couch to match the color. There was an original swatch that was under the sofa cushion so Alex was able to do an exact match. He came back the next day to clean and dye the couch. Alex did an amazing job! My couch with my dog's drool marks were cleaned and re-dyed. It looked brand new! The cost was very reasonable. I would have happily given Alex five stars, but he didn't warn me that there would be a fine dust of the water base dye lingering in the air and I should cover everything. Eventually the dust lands on everything that is exposed. I have an open floor plan so I have dye all over my house. It will take a few days to wipe everything down, clean the walls, and clean the floors. I would still recommend LT PRO Leather Repair & Upholstery, but make sure you cover EVERYTHING. Better yet, move your piece of furniture outside or in a room where you can cover things and contain the dye dust in one room.
