The quote from this company was higher than others but I went with them because I thought that the higher price would reflect a higher level of service. It was my first time hiring cleaners and I was really grateful for the help. I came home to a scuffed wall and unaddressed cabinets but continued to use them after the deep clean. The final straw was when I was notified the day before a scheduled clean that my appointment time had changed. I was frustrated by the timing and lack options to reschedule. Being told to accept the new time or skip the cleaning was enough. There’s no way it should be this stressful.

My wife and I were dealing with medical issues and needed help with cleaning. We initially planned on a one time or occasional cleaning but the high quality of the service, the affordable prices, and the friendly staff convinced us to retain Lucie's for ongoing service. Our house looked amazing after they finished and it has increased the peace and serenity of the space.

Lucies is a joy to deal with (esp if you like email communications rather than trying to connect directly). They schedule promptly, show up when they say they will, and do an excellent job of cleaning. They have my key and keep track of my preferences. By far the best housekeeping service I have dealt with.
