I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning Bertha and Greisy did at my home. I was extremely embarrassed to have anyone over because I had let it get so dirty, but they did an incredible job cleaning my apartment and didn’t let me feel judged one bit. I will definitely be using your company from now on when I need a cleaning. Thank you!!!

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent move-in clean and in general with the service from start to finish. I chose Carpe Diem Cleaning based on the many positive reviews here on Google. I was told by the staff who scheduled my cleaning that I would be sent a text 30 minutes prior to their cleaners arriving at my home. Instead, I got a phone call when they were just a few minutes away, so I had to rush from work to meet them, and the cleaning team was understandably frustrated after having to wait. Then, when I returned home after they finished cleaning, I found multiple tasks that had been marked on my move-in cleaning checklist that had not actually been completed. I'm moving into an older place that needed a fair amount of cleaning, but it’s a pretty small space that should not have been an overwhelming task. In addition, the space was completely empty because I wanted to clean before moving my things in. Lights and ceiling fans were not even touched, door frames were still dirty, floors were not cleaned thoroughly, there was hair and debris remaining in the shower, windowsills still had standing dirt on them, light switches remained grimy, and the doors had not been wiped down (see photos). I asked for the cleaners to specifically focus on one cabinet in my kitchen that has obviously been through a lot, and I'll admit that it was cleaner than I'd left it, but it still wasn't properly clean. They also managed to remove paint from one of my light switch panels and didn’t mention it. I'm not sure what exactly I was charged for because I couldn't see much of a difference in anything from before the cleaning. I ended up spending several hours actually cleaning my home after the Carpe Diem Move-in Cleaning so that the space would be ready for when my belongings arrived. Following the "cleaning", I left my feedback for staff and expressed my disappointment with their services. No one has reached out or attempted to rectify the situation in any way. They simply charged my credit card for a job they didn’t complete.
