I’m so happy with this cleaning service! They do a great job, team is easy to communicate with, and use natural products. The smell of essential oils when I walk in the door is my cue to relax in a clean home.

Marta and her team do such a great job cleaning my home. I'm always impressed with their attention to detail - little things that make me feel like I live in a fancy hotel. They are always timely, friendly, and professional. I also appreciate that they are responsive to special requests. I look forward to their visits all week!

I was provided an estimate for cleaning services that less than necessary (manager even said ‘wow, they are done already). Also, none of the cleaning people could tell me what I owed (I couldn’t speak Spanish) and had to call the manager where he seemed to have no clue) I also noticed windows and places not cleaned after they left. They also made sure to ask for a tip.

Mostly this team did a good job, but there were some attention-to-detail issues, including multiple purple-stained fingerprints across the house (from their gloves?) and some gunk on my shower equipment that I ended up cleaning myself. When I emailed Zen after the service about these issues, they did not take responsibility and told me to use a magic eraser. I would not hire this company again.

We’ve been using Natural Zen for several years and would highly recommend them. The use of nontoxic products in our home is very important to us, and knowing that we will get a thorough cleaning without compromising on that is a relief. The crew of awesome women who service our home (led by Marta, Maria) are prompt, thorough, kind, and their attention to detail leaves our home feeling very comfortable and peaceful. They’re also very sweet to our old dog who is sometimes roaming around while they work. :) Scheduling is reliable and easy, and Kristen is always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We’d highly recommend Natural Zen to anyone looking for excellent nontoxic cleaning services.
