Booked a massage and received confirmation. Showed up and they seemed confused and pissed off I was there. No explanation or apology so we walked away. It was a very awkward interaction and definitely not customer driven. Maybe there is a fluke in the reservation system so make sure you speak to a human when making a reservation.
