Do not recommend!! What was supposed to be a simple trip to the bowling alley on Sunday morning turned Into a billing dispute that is costed me so much time. My boyfriend and I went to bowl two games, just the two of us. We signed a bill for $40 and change. All of a sudden, we are being charged a temporary hold of $20 and then a full charge Of $60. So we called them and spoke with a manager who informed us we were charged for three people in six games, which is completely inaccurate. He assured us this would be adjusted. It was not fixed and we were given a tiny credit and charge $20 on top of the $60. I called and spoke with a front line rep that said a manager would give us a call back the next day. He took all my information. Did not receive a call from anybody. Ended up filing a chargeback! Poor management, will not be returning! The memo I got was the workers are poorly trained and/or this place is trying to up charge people thinking they won’t notice which I am HIGHLY against.

Wow! Lucky Strike is the place to hold a fun holiday party for your employees! Everyone had a fabulous time and enjoyed our huge customized buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful ensuring everyone had a great time. Our team had a blast bowling, gaming, and playing Lazer tag!

My family has been coming to this bowling location for many years while it has been under 3-4 different owners. It is a nice well-maintained bowling alley with an ample bar selection and a variety of bar foods. The service is great! On our most recent visit our waiter Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I had to take off a star due to a very frustrating experience with the sales side of the venue. Now that the new management took over, you can’t reach the venue directly, but you have to talk to sales people all over the country. I originally booked a party for 8 people, but it turned out that only 8 children can bowl, adults would have to book a separate lane if they wanted to bowl. I changed the reservation to just 2 lanes so we can bowl as a family and wanted to preorder some food, but was told that a $23 cheese pizza would cost $45 after fees and taxes if I preorder, and even more at the venue. I was also repeatedly warned that the place gets very busy and we will have to wait very long for our food orders unless we upgrade back to a party vs lanes. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was almost empty, our food came within 10-20 minutes of ordering, and everything worked out flawlessly including reasonable food prices. Bottom line: do not talk to their toxic sales representatives. Come to the venue and have a good time!

I attended my nephew’s birthday party there and I was blown away with the service we received there. Andrea was our primary server and she was amazing. From the moment we were greeted at the desk, everyone was smiling, laughing and eager to help. Everyone was all hands on deck as they were bringing food, drinks, birthday cake and whatever else was needed. They continued to check in with us all the time to make sure we had the best experience with them and their facility. They were part of our party. 😀What I also noticed was, that no one was on their phones. At the end of the night, I made it a point to tell Sean(manager, who was helping through out this whole time) what a great job everyone did. I recommend going to see the team at Lucky Strike in Elkorn. Congrats to that company for assembling that team. Anyone can put up 4 walls and have a business, but the people inside is going to be the difference if that business is successful or not. Thanks Andrea.

Best place to hangout with friends and family playing bowling. They have great food, huge arcade and beautiful interiors. Service is always good.
