Food was awful, service was even worse. $19.00 for some chips on a plate, some hamburger and cheese tossed on top. No silverware. Took a very long time to get our order. Others around us, that came and ordered after us, got their food before we did. You could tell our waiter didn't want to be there. He spilled some of the nachos on the floor, and there it stayed. Come to bowl, play games...but eat elsewhere before or after.

Spent most of my time waiting for my ball to return and the oil patterns are terrible even for a house shot

Give the new management a chance if you’re on the fence! What an amazing value and set up!! I was so impressed with the food, venue and staff for my daughter’s birthday party. They were all very professional, nice and truly cared about our experience! Thank you for a great 16th birthday party and memorable experience!!

Nice place, but bring a fat wallet with you. To start with they scanned my credit card to play a game of bowling and rent shoes with no posted prices anywhere. This is something that is not very common and confusing. Apparently we were also being watched by the pizza slice police while we were there attending our nephew’s birthday. Once the kids were done eating and we were getting boxes for the pizza I decided to grab a slice and apparently was my mom was scolded by the pizza patrol captain watching us. Apparently you cannot have one slice of which we probably paid $1000 to rent their bowling area, laser tag and play a few games for a few hours. Which, in my opinion was completely ridiculous due to the fact that the money that we spent there as well. I understand if they were eating the pizza while the kids were, but they were clearly done. We had already had cake and opened presents, nobody was eating the pizza and it was getting boxed up. Which we took home and was ours anyway by the way! We also ordered food for ourselves as well spending more money there of which the pizza patrol captain was already trying to track us down for us to pay before we ever even done. Then me and my wife got done bowling two games and running two pairs of shoes and paid $47 for 40 minutes worth of bowling. Then decided to go look to see if we could play some video games and discovered we could only play 3 1/2 video games for $10 and passed on that. No wonder why there was nobody there. I don’t think anybody can afford it. We will not be returning. Future reference for the manager coming from a retired GM and chef. I would highly recommend treating people with more respect and maybe offering some other options for food besides just a cheese pizza, chicken tenders and fries for the kids. By the way we also ordered separate food for ourselves. Also, you don’t need to have six people staring at us the whole time while we’re eating, which makes anybody feel uncomfortable. Instead of those people standing around staring at us maybe they should be working instead. Unless you hired them to be the pizza patrol police. If that’s the case, they should be in uniforms as well with a giant pizza slice on their badge. Thanks for making us uncomfortable and not welcome. After the owner posted the email to send a complaint to, I have had no response back from the email I sent last week. This also shows poor customer service from a company that doesn’t care. 🙄

The place looks nice but the service and bowling tables are so bad and don't work.
