I’ve been here 4-5 times before seeing Dolores. It’s expensive, haircuts are mediocre, but it’s conveniently down the street and they are supposedly kid friendly. But after today I will not be returning. Today we saw Karen and she barely welcomes the children, does not smile or act friendly toward them. My son was getting upset because he had something in mind for his cut that was different than what I had asked for and he started crying and acting out. She stopped the haircut because she “did not have to be spoken to like that” HE’S FIVE!!! Nevermind the fact that they only schedule 15 mins per haircut which means that with transition time between clients they spend about 10 mins on the hair, no time for your child to get comfortable with what’s going on, and they charge $40. I was flabbergasted by her response. They are also very judgy when kids act like kids. I will find somewhere else.
