I’ve just finished my third Pilates class and I already love it! The workouts are such a great mix of challenging and enjoyable, and I can feel myself getting stronger and more centered each time. What really makes the experience special is the instructor — so kind, patient and encouraging. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, offers helpful adjustments and creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. It makes coming to class something I genuinely look forward to. Pilates is quickly becoming a part of my weekly routine and I couldn’t recommend this class (and instructor!) highly enough.
