We had a great experience with MSJ Electronics! We were referred to them by Samsung customer service after our TV stopped turning on. Ken came out to diagnose the issue and explained that parts would take about 5 to 10 business days to arrive, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call in less than a week and he was able to come the very same day to complete the repair. Ken was efficient and had everything fixed within an hour. What really stood out was that he brought both possible replacement parts with him just in case, so we wouldn’t need another visit if the issue turned out to be something different. He only charged us for the one part that was the issue, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to optimize our TV settings for better longevity. On top of that, he made sure our cable box and gaming system was set up and working properly before he left. Highly recommend Ken and MSJ Electronics. We would absolutely use them again!

Very disappointed! My 75” TV stopped working, no light nothing. I googled it and it’s 90% of the time is the power board. I called MSJ, gave them my TV model and explained the situation. They said they will send someone to double check since it’s a huge TV and I really didn’t want to travel with it. After few days the electrician showed up and spent 2 mins plugging and unplugging the cord. He said yes it’s the power board. I’ll go to the shop and check for parts. I called after 10 days since I didn’t hear from them, they said there’s no parts for this 5 years old Sony TV. Ok why the heck would you not check for parts before sending an electrician over? Why did I waste $85 for a 2 mins service where I could’ve put it towards a new TV! Really disappointed!
