We just returned from a Princess cruise that was booked by Kate Black through Magic Cruises. It was a perfect vacation thanks to all of the hard work and excellent service that Kate provided for us! We highly recommend working with Kate for all vacation planning. We are already in the process of booking 2 more!

We started working with Cindy Duffy of Magic Cruises after attending a presentation by Viking Cruises in 2018. We have booked 2 Viking River Cruises with Cindy and she is so great to work with! We were booked to sail on an Viking Ocean itinerary in October 2020 but that has of course been cancelled. Cindy kept in touch with us during the months of uncertainty. We are already booked for 2021 and look forward to traveling again.

Magic Cruises is absolutely fantastic! They organized the perfect honeymoon cruise for us and made the process so seamless. They really listened to what we wanted to get out of our trip and made sure we had a perfect experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great staff and awesome customer service. Booked our family cruise to Greece with Magic and had a trip of a lifetime. A few issues with airline but Magic stepped in and helped take care of get all 7 of us to Venice in time for our trip. I can see why they've been in business for 30 years!
