Great service! Came the very next day to fix our heater. Chris was awesome and stayed until he found the parts, picked them up and fixed it same day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. Air conditioning and plumbing is always a hassle when things break so joining Goettl gives us piece of mind!
Josh provided excellent customer service by sharing a lot of knowledge with me. He also took a lot of his time to check on my water softener and helped me contact the company that installed it to have an issue checked on. He took his time and did a good job and was friendly and his manager also gave me a free membership for a year. If you have any plumbing issues I strongly recommend this company.
