MAID BRIGADE TOP TWIN CITIES CLEANING SERVICE I’ve been using Maid Brigade for quite a while now, and every time they come, I’m reminded why I stick with them. They’re consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. It’s the kind of cleaning where you walk into your house afterward and genuinely feel lighter. One of my favorite things they do is the little touches — folding my towels, shaping the paper towels and toilet paper, and just making everything look put together. It honestly feels like I’m walking into a hotel room when I get home, and that’s something I really look forward to. They clean with care, pay attention to details most people miss, and leave the whole place smelling fresh and looking spotless. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and respectful, and scheduling has always been easy. Overall, Maid Brigade has been a consistently great experience for me. I’m adding some photos from past cleanings because they really do a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

Customer since 2021. I appreciate that they have at least one consistent team member for my cleanings so there is someone familiar who comes almost every time. While I haven't had any reason to call in for a couple years now that we are in sync, when I first started using the service and we were learning each other's ways and preferences, they were very responsive and even sent someone back to detail the things I felt had been missed. They've been very good with my pets and always considerate when I'm working from home about getting my office ready to go so I don't lose time. I'm pleased that I was able to get on their schedule so quickly and plan to stay a customer.

Bought a new home and seller agreed to have it professionally cleaned as part of the purchase agreement. If what I found is indicative of the quality of Maid Brigade's work, I would say, save your money. The place doesn't even smell clean. Note the cobweb in one of the photos.
