A plumber ejected all of the sitting water in the p traps of my bathroom and the lady on the phone said they don't service that because there was toilet paper that also got wet...they obviously have no idea what a biohazard is or not. Either they clean bathrooms or they don't.

Makala and Gabrielle did an amazing job today cleaning our house! They were thorough, kind and very competent. They even asked for more time to finish the job in a way that they would be satisfied with. They also handled our cats getting up in their business very well. I would recommend them to anyone! :)

Maidpro has changed my life! Ashley comes for a bi-weekly clean and it has dramatically changed things. I am not stressed about how I am going to get things done anymore, and I am finally able to tackle some of the other areas of the house that have desperately needed attention. Ashley has been able to get things clean that I didn't even know were possible, and people have even commented on how clean things are. Ashley is also so nice when she is here too, and my dog thinks she is the best!

Super bummed with the experience we had with MaidPro. I’m 8 months pregnant and wanted to get a deep clean before our baby shower. Since I’m so pregnant, base boards and hard to reach areas have become mission impossible. So we had them out on a Thursday, we had our party Friday. The cleaning was subpar at best. Our vents were half wiped down, our upper kitchen cabinets were wiped off and the bottoms weren’t touched. Then they broke one of our doors for our bathroom cabinets. They left a note that they said they broke it and that was the end of it. They offered to send someone out Monday to clean again but at that point we were just over it.
