Horrible experience. Everything that they advertise on the website was false. The only thing they had was bowling & laser tag. TGE pizza was marked $18 I paid $30. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked it was doughy. The girl in the picture was very rude had a smart mouth talked to my kids and everyone crazy!!! I spent $150 to do nothing!! Only 7 arcade games worked!! Everything said coming soon!!! A waste of money won’t be back!!!

I brought my family here for a Sunday outing and was completely disappointed within the first 30 minutes Bowling,Pool,Laser Tag was a ( 2 Hour Wait) Some Of the bowling lanes were out of order. The arcade was the worst part Air Hockey did not have any pucks, Skiball had no balls for the game, 60% of the games were broken or out of order, All of the games were set at 7.5 credits whichade you deplete all of your credits faster on the little games they did have working. The facility was filthy it was trash and broken pieces everywhere, And the staff did not care stopped a associate and asked a general question and she said (I don't work on this side) And just walked away. This place has really fell apart and it's very disappointing I would be highly upset to have my kids birthday party here just to get here and it's in these conditions GOT TO DO BETTER!!!

I do not usually leave reviews, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. We initially came to bowl, but there was a two-and-a-half to three-hour wait. While that is understandable for a Saturday and a first-come, first-served system, we decided instead to purchase a game card for the arcade. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that nearly half of the games were out of service. Even when we located games that were labeled as operational, we attempted to use our game card at five different machines and none of them functioned properly. The games failed to dispense basketballs, skee balls, or air hockey pucks. For an establishment whose primary purpose is bowling and arcade entertainment, this level of disrepair is unacceptable. There should be clear signage notifying customers when a significant number of games are unavailable. Additionally, maintaining a strict no-refund policy while being aware that many systems are not operational is a major disservice to customers. Overall, this experience was frustrating and poorly managed.

This is a fantastic spot. They have fun things for the whole family and the vibe is really enjoyable and warm. The food is actually fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I come mainly for the bowling (and food) and I think it's the best bowling alley in town. Did I mention that the food is fantastic? The servers and hosts and managers are all very nice and dedicated to their jobs. They make me feel welcome and I really appreciate that. I would love to point out that Yanni, Shai, and Porsha are excellent in providing service and Jakeem is a fantastic manager. Five stars for sure. And excellent value. I will be back soon!

Do not waste your money. We visited for a birthday celebration and found an arcade full of broken games (air hockey with no air, basketball that doesn't work, etc.). I attached photos of all the machines that we tried and didn’t work. The floor staff couldn't help. The worst part was the managers. One was openly upset we asked for a refund, and another laughed at our complaint form. They made us fill out a refund request as a stall tactic—it's been over 12 days with no money back and no contact. They took our money for a service they couldn't provide and then treated us with contempt. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
