Good wheelchair access. Staff treat me, a wheelchair user, as a human being and valued customer which is lovely. Great selection of wines with very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Probably my favourite place to get wines in Edinburgh.

The guys here are so helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to make it a great experience for you. They stock one of my favourite wines and when I went in to get it they let me try a new wine they thought I would like. Love it!

Haven't been in the store for some time but used to be a regular and no prior problems with staff. Wanted something specific which it turned out was available online. Store assistant (male, dark hair, glasses) rudely dismissed me when I asked about the product. Not used to being treated like a nuisance when asking a straightforward question to an employee. Unlikely to be back given the experience.

I love all the Majestic stores, but a special mention to the Leith store. The same great value, easy delivery service and mesmerising choice - with samples, you get in any of their branches. But during a chat about non-alcoholic beers and wines, I mentioned I’d bought a non alcoholic wine from an alternative branch that was less than lovely. James in Leith apologised on behalf of the other store, gave a refund (without me asking for one) and suggested alternatives and good delivery options. Great customer service. 👏👏👏🍾
