I went in to get my watch adjusted. They were so welcoming and friendly. I originally felt so anxious about going into the store, since it isn’t a place I would normally shop at. They were so kind that I ended up feeling so comfortable there. Harrison was the one who helped me. He was thoughtful enough to ask the jeweler to shine my watch without me asking. Will definitely go back for any jewelry needs.

My fiancee adores both of them, she was able to customize the engagement ring and create something she absolutely loves. The resizing was completely FREE! After wearing it for a couple of days post-resizing, a tiny diamond fell off. We were so worried it might cost a lot to fix, but they reassured us and fixed it for FREE! They understood that the issue happened because of the resizing. It took just a week to get my ring back, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They truly know what they’re doing!
