I had no issue with the quality of the massage with Cindy. In fact, she was very mindful of what all I had asked for. However, what was supposed to be an hour massage was only 42 minutes. I wasn't particularly happy paying $125 to be shorted that much on my time. There's also very little space or time to relax before or after. I will likely not go back.

Had the WORST TERRIBLE experience ever. I had a massage scheduled for a month in advance and received a call the day before that the massage therapist wouldn't be available. I was told I was being placed with someone named Sao(wasn't told he was a male). Ive been SA'd before and was totally thrown off when I seen i was just put with a male without notice. Sao was a gentle giant I have no issues with him. It was the fact that Jasmine and Stephanie had called me several times to change my time(I felt harassed). I was inconvenienced because all massage envy was worried about was money. I was not given notice that the massage therapist was a male and I did not enjoy the massage. I will NEVER GO BACK.

I have had 3 massages with 3 different people! Zach, Janet, and Xian did such an amazing job! I don’t know which one I liked best! They were all so good and massage differently! Also had facials from Nevi and Megan. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Zach was wonderful as always! I have been to him many times. He is knowledgeable, pleasant , & a total professional. He knows so much about the specific muscles, tendons, & how they connect & work together. He knows when & where to apply deep pressure & when to back off & go a little more easy. He has my total trust & I will be continuing to utilize his tremendous skills!!
