Master Chang’s Martial Arts is a fun, family friendly environment with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, engaging, and genuinely invested in the students. It’s a great place for all skill levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on existing experience. Our 6 year old daughter is excited to continue classes after her trial period. We can already see her confidence growing. Highly recommend!

Our 6yo was invited to his friend’s birthday at MCMA headquarters on Six Forks. We’ve attended lots of kid birthday parties over the last five years, and this was by far one of our favorites. Master Wright and the students and staff at MCMA put on a very engaging TKD demonstration and got everyone involved and moving. When it came time for cake, they made the moment memorable while keeping everything orderly and fun. We’re heading back to try out their regular TKD experience!

The instructors here are amazing. The facility is well kept & has good seating for parents. Our daughter has gained a lot of confidence & self discipline since starting the black belt program. It's amazing how they teach to such a wide range of ages & skills. Highly recommend!

He absolutely loves his classes—board breaking is a big favorite, and he’s especially enthusiastic about master class, where he gets to practice sword techniques and learn a wide range of advanced skills. It’s been amazing to watch his confidence, discipline, and enthusiasm for martial arts grow. He absolutely adores Master Lee, whose positive energy and constant encouragement make every class something to look forward to. She brings out the best in her students and creates such a supportive and motivating environment. The summer camp is another highlight! It’s a great balance of Taekwondo training, games, and making new friends. Every day is packed with fun and learning, and my son always comes home happy and excited. We’re so grateful to be part of the Master Chang’s Martial Arts family. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for a high-quality, encouraging, and fun martial arts program!
