Very rude man works at this place. he needs to work on his customer service and knowledge of jewelry. I would never recommend anybody going here.

Dropped off omega seamaster for new battery , returned to pick up and asked about pressure testing for water resistance, she said no way and no guarantee, and no one in town that does... not true.... Caution if you plan to use your watch as intended, be careful! Removed new battery, did not charge me.Took to another off ss blvd, for proper replacement and testing. Much more expensive but a proper repair.

I have had several pieces of jewerly repaired here. They do a truly amazing job. My mother had a ring that she wore often. It eventually broke in one spot. And was bent. They repaired it and it looked brand new. Thank you for all the great work!!

I had a great experience there! I’ve been here before for watch repair and adjustments etc but I stopped in for a gift for my wife and found a nice necklace and earring set. They polished it up for me, gave me a discount and are being very helpful with modifying the earrings after the sale. Best jewelry repair in Jacksonville

Came in without an appointment to get my watch adjusted. Both people in the store were friendly and took care of me right away. I was told what the pricing would be upfront. The watch initially was over-adjusted and he fixed it right away to make it a good fit without charging extra. I appreciate the help!
