⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing dinner at Masu Izakaya! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The wagyu beef rolls, miso eggplant, and kataifi prawns were standout dishes, and the dessert was the perfect finish. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. You can tell it’s a lovely family-run restaurant with a great team who really care about their guests. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They also have an excellent selection of sake, cocktails, wines, and spirits — we especially enjoyed the Naotora Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu sake. Highly recommend Masu Izakaya for anyone looking for quality Japanese food, great service, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I was craving Japanese food while visiting the Goldie and discovered Masu through a quick Google search. We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our meal. The food & service were fantastic and special shout out to Mark for going above and beyond when I had forgotten something at the restaurant. I highly recommend any of the raw dishes - the sashimi was incredibly fresh. The miso eggplant was also so yum paired with rice. Flavours were very reminiscent of time in Japan.

Amazing flavours and chef choices for our 10 course omakase. We were given a good mix of seafood and meat. The dishes were well prepared with the right doneness for the meats, fresh seafood and amazing use of finger limes, ponzu and citruses in sauces and sorbets. I particularly liked the tuna with fried rice cubes, miso nasu and pork belly. The service from everyone was good.
