McDowells Specialty Repair earned a 5 star customer satisfaction with me for the repair service on my car. The needed repairs were small dent on the rear of the car and replacing an upholstery panel on the driver's seat. McDowells Service Writer (John) provided me the repair estimate and how long the repairs would take. A loaner vehicle was included for me to use. John's communication with me was excellent. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and at the cost quoted. I highly recommend McDowells. Nice to know there are businesses who still have high quality standards.

We recently had McDowels remove a dent for us. They did a fabulous job and were very attentive. Actually did the work on the spot when we came in to get the estimate. They are a very accommodating company. We have used them for multiple types of repairs.Over the years and have always been very impressed.

Top notch work. Top notch people. It was truly a pleasure working with everyone at McDowells. They did a great job replacing the headliner in my 94 Chevy Silverado. In addition to the high quality work, the price was shockingly lower than I expected. I wish I had something else for them to do. Thanks to all for the great experience!
