From the start, Katie, Meg, Lindsey and team were incredible! I met Meg at an event the agency was putting on in Boise and instantly knew they were the team I wanted to work with to sell our house. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. Our home was not a luxury home by any stretch, but they gave us a luxury experience the entire process, from their top-tier photography to their effective marketing and impeccable service. I have purchased many homes in four different states so I have experience with realtors. I have never experienced anyone that comes close to Katie. Her knowledge of the area and her tenacity in negotiating are phenomenal. She has great interpersonal skills including being an active listener. She understood what my wife and I were looking for and she made sure every house we saw met that criteria. In addition, she is just a great person and someone that you like would to be friends with for life.

Katie and her team are top notch from initial meeting to close, she is truly the master of listing a home.
