Medina lawncare built a custom pergola, lattice wall, and a bar on my rooftop at a fraction of the cost of all of the big "roof and garden" companies in Chicago. They were quick, efficient, affordable, easy to work with, and even surprised me with a custom built bar on my roof with left over lumber for free! I would use them again for any of my lawn, garden, or rooftop needs.

Javier and his crew did an amazing job on landscaping and recapping our stairs/entryway. For the initial estimate, Javier came to our condo building and did a walkthrough (our other bids gave us online estimates only). Then he followed up with renders and recommendations. Scheduling was quick. Javier was able to squeeze us in before a big job so we could enjoy the new lawn asap. On the first day of the job, we hit a curve ball as we discovered a rotten wood structure beneath the stairs (which caused our stairs to cave in). So we had to rebuild the stairs instead of just recapping it. Javier quickly came up with a plan and kept things moving instead of rescheduling the whole project. In the end, we only added a couple more days. Thanks Javier and his crew. They showed up every morning before 8am to start. It was also super helpful that we saved the parking space in front of our condo for the crew for loading and unloading. I'd definitely recommend Medina!

Carlos and team did a fantastic job helping us design the redo of our backyard to make it a more livable patio space. We previously had mulch and a birch tree in our backyard which made it difficult to use the space. We had Medina remove the tree, level the space, build up the retaining wall and lay down the new pavers. A lot of work needed to be done to level the space and get the water drainage underground and away from the retaining wall. Carlos's team is very busy but he kept in touch about scheduling and was able to accommodate us for our 4 day job. The team was fast, clean, organized and professional. The patio looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done!
