I didn’t think I could quiet my mind enough to ever meditate, then I learned about guided meditation. I’ve learned so much from Stephanie and have made meditation a regular practice through Meditate New Orleans. Stephanie’s voice is so soothing and I use the relaxation techniques she teaches in my everyday life. I feel so less stressed than I used to.

Rsvp'd on the website through the contact me section, received no answer. Mistakenly encouraged by the high reviews (one as recent as 5 months prior!) we still biked all the way across the city on a Saturday morning. A round trip of 16 miles, to find an empty building (except for a random cleaning person who ignored us) we located the room we were supposed to be in - set up and appearing ready to facilitate meditation but no instructor. We waited 30 of the scheduled 60 minutes. We ended up on Oak Street instead and had a great time at the book and comic book places but this place was a massive disappointment. I had been very excited to try it.
