Came here as an observer not as a business person but I hear that it is highly affordable from the people using these facilities. As an observer, this place is beautiful. If ever you want to take in a free art show of unique eclectic pieces with the opportunity to take some of them home with you, definitely check this place out. It also has a brewery, cafe, and pizza place as well as a couple other cool little places that I won't spoil :-) Oh, and it has a huge event spaces

I recently photographed a wedding here and the space is gorgeous! There are many different spots for locations and the courtyard is beautiful for a wedding ceremony. Highly recommend for an artsy space!

I rented the pigment room and it was just perfect for my dad's Retirement party. The staff was helpful and provided as much information as possible without being overwhelming. They also provided reminders just in case. The best part is that allow time for decoration and clean up without that only 4 hour window. I'd definitely use and recommend the Melwood Art Center for your next upcoming event
