I’ve been going to Meridian Yoga in the East End for mat Pilates for a few months now and it’s honestly been such a good find. I started as a total beginner and the instructors have been amazing at helping me build confidence. The classes are really good for beginners but with options to level up as you get stronger. The studio is lovely, always warm, and has a really welcoming, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for mat Pilates in the East End.
Rebecca’s Pilates classes are fantastic! I have been going on a Monday evening and Saturday morning for a few months now, and I can feel myself getting much stronger. Such welcoming classes and I love that I can push myself in a safe space ❤️. Thank you!
Meridian is responsible for my new addiction to Pilates and Yoga. All the instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable and it’s just a place where you feel really comfortable. I’d give it more stars if I could.
Just finished the 5 weeks beginner Pilates course and I loved it. I was very nervous before beginning the course but the owner Michelle texted me to ask if I had any questions and to offer reassurance. The studio itself it’s very calming and inclusive. The course instructor Jen was fabulous. Very welcoming and offering reassurance during every class, offering different options if finding exercises hard to do. It was a very lovely introduction to Pilates and hope to continue on the journey! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start Pilates. Thank you.
I’m half way through the Beginners Yoga course at Meridian. I’ve really been enjoying it and Sheree is a fantastic instructor. The studio is beautiful, very calm and welcoming. The small group setting has been a great way to feel comfortable to take it at my own pace and ask questions. You also get videos to support your practice at home. I’m looking forward to trying more of the classes soon!
