Gorgeous studio with really knowledgable instructors and a central location. Due to the small class size, you get really hands on, personalised feedback which is lovely. I used their intro offer of 3 classes for £45 which I felt was great value.

Been attending Yin Yoga for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Nola is amazing & I feel completely relaxed and refreshed after every session. I’m a complete beginner to any type of yoga but Nola explains everything clearly & checks on you to make sure you are ok and if you need any adaptations. Really recommend to anyone that needs a good stretch in a relaxing setting ❤️
