Great experience for the second time, hair looks full and thick and natural and the team was so fast with the fusion bond installation. Was in and out including a shampoo and the works in an hour: my natural hair didn’t sustain any damage and I’ll continue to come back!

I came in to get my Korean extensions detangled (done at a different place) and removed in part. They were so nice and knowledgeable! Would definitely trust them with my hair. Hong and Kapua were the best! Definitely coming back.

My wife and I just moved to Seattle and I already had a sew in weft That needed to be adjusted before I start my new job. The ladies there were super professional and didn’t try to oversell me on any extra products or anything like that just let me know what their policies are and then did a great job at readjusting the hair that I already had. Customer service is huge for me, especially with an Expensive service, and they made sure I was well taken care of and felt like I was at home. I will definitely be returning and feel like I found my home salon now.

I have never liked my hair more than when the mermaid team did it! I am so happy with the end result and the stylists here are amazing, and so sweet! It’s a great experience and I would recommend them to any friend or person who wants extensions!
