I recently moved to Atlanta from Virginia and I had a hard time finding a stylist. I had a hair emergency and I walked in and they took me right away — also I received the new client special. The salon is super welcoming, vibrant, and all of the stylists are nice. B does my hair and I’ve been back 3 times since I found her. She is super consistent, professional, warm, and just an all around great person to lay hands on your head. I got tape ins from her and they are super versatile. I can wear my hair up or down. Just an amazing experience! ❤️

If I could zero stars I would because the customer service here is abysmal. I got a ponytail installed and by the second day it had slipped off. Of course I was upset and disappointed but what’s most disheartening is that Meshella Rose won’t make this right. I asked for a refund or to have my hair redone and all but two of my messages and texts have been ignored and I ended up being ghosted. I would never recommend anyone patronize this establishment. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.
