Absolutely amazing experience shout out to Drew on the sales team. And unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the tech-support gentleman. I needed some guidance on the GPU installed . The tech walked me through it making it very easy . My PC came in amazing shape. They even added a hand written letter thanking me for my order !!! It’s all about the details and these guys don’t miss! Very well Package and cable management was 10 out of 10. Best mousepad I’ve ever used . My mouse glides across it with no effort . Super comfortable.Very happy with my experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone else. If you have any issues call them . They always answer and are super friendly. I felt very comfortable talking to their sales team and technician.
The best PC ever! Shipped fast and PC came safely to my home and in perfect condition. My brother who is into PC gaming recommended me Meta PCs, we are based in Arizona and so is Meta PCs, so I'm happy to be supporting an Arizona small business! 🥰 I got the Meta Waypoint78 Black and bought an RTX 5080 separately. This PC is drop-dead GORGEOUS! I'm using the PC for playing games like Alan Wake II and Resident Evil 4, runs those games perfectly and also using it for my Machine Learning internship! Super happy! Was super easy to install the graphics card, which my brother did for me because I don't know how to do that. The instructions for taking the PC out and assembling it were easy to follow, so that's great! LOVE my new PC, and definitely will be telling all my friends and Discord server about Meta PCs! 🥳🤩🤗

I am not a tech savvy individual. After 1 year relatively new dell laptop kept crashing during games it should have had no problem with. After having a crash out myself I walked in the door at the Phoenix location. Bought a desktop that I felt was a good deal and they hooked it up. They got the whole thing ready to go for me right there in the shop so that all I had to do was take it home, plug in my mouse/keyboard and monitor and was good to go. They made this very painless and made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend these guys. Knowledgeable, Professional, and easy to talk to.
The team at MetaPCs were fantastic in helping me realize a dream build come true. I approached them asking if they would be interested in doing the custom water cooling in my Lian Li DK-07 Desk. They enthusiastically said yes and we got together to get a plan in place and to deliver my desk to their shop. They were very communicative during the extended build process and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail is top notch and they genuinely care about the work they put into their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the situation comes up.
