Gene and John were very helpful with making my 12 year old Surface 3 tablet usable again after it upgraded itself to Windows 10 which was too power hungry for it's limited capabilities. I wasn't ready to create more e-waste for something that should be still functional so John help with putting a Linux OS on the device that would keep it running and able to do basic functions like word processing and web browsing. This is my first introduction to the Linux systems and I'm happy to have had Metro Computerwork's help with this. If I have future computer issues I will go back for their help, and will likely get assistance changing over my other computer(s) to Linux due to the terrible changes Microslop has been implementing in Windows. Oh and their new shop dog Honey Bear is the sweetest little angel in the world and will lay on your feet and ask so nicely for pets.

Really pleased with the service I got from Metro Computerworks! They were able to very quickly diagnose my 4 year old gaming PC's overheating issues, replaced the CPU cooler, and now it's running like it's brand new.
