They cannot tell you how they're going to bill you and the billing department is unresponsive. Went for a skin check up and they said I needed 3 spots scraped. They said it would be quick and they do it all the time. I asked if it would be covered by insurance and they told me I could call my insurance and check. My insurance said if the doctor's office bills me as a specialist then it was covered by my copay but if they bill me as an outpatient professional I would be covering all costs on my own. So I asked the nurse how I would be billed. She could not tell me. So I asked the front desk. They could not tell me. They told me to call the billing department but that I would likely be on hold for an hour. So I left and called the billing dept. The person I spoke with said they would have to call me back in 3 to 5 days. Weeks went by and they never called. I called again and left a message and never received a call back. So I wasted a lot of time and am looking for another dermatologist. The quality of care is meaningless when the billing department isn't competent.

If you are in need of a dermatologist no need to look any further, this is the place to be! Dr Monica & Maritza the medical assistant are the best! Comfortable, explained every detail. I had something removed, my 1st appointment, in & out in 1 hour. The desk staff greeted me with a smile. Come support & get the best treatment!

I went to this dermatologist office ! I pay my pocket two time there is no result. Doctor doesn’t know what I have it. I went to different dermatology in Hoboken. He’s just looked at me and He told me what I have it and he cure my problem so please do not go this place, I’m very unhappy. I do not recommend This place.
