A very spacious store with all sorts of art supplies and craft materials. It has both hobbists and professional art materials. The stored doesn't get crowded and the cashiers are quick. They also have a custom framing department in addition to a variety of premade frames.

I finished teaching and drove 30 miles in traffic because this was the only Michael’s that carried what I ordered: two long rolls of paper, so of course they’re going to be stored somewhere else where they’ll fit (which was in a cabinet behind the counter with a bunch of other stuff blocking the way.) I felt weird about going through there, so I asked the only lady working at the register, because it also says if you need assistance, ask a team member. Well this worker gave me so much extra, unnecessary sass and attitude that just made me leave really irritated

My first experience there, with an idea for making a gift for my young granddaughter. Not a pleasant experience. I went into one of these stores in Santa Barbara, a few years back, during the holidays, and that place was fun! Music jumping, good energy, and sweet smells… Not this time. Bare sections in every department, on the first Saturday in Dec.? Not busy. Everyone just wandering around trying to hold all their stuff in their hands, because there are maybe two carts. No help… at checkout, either. A touchscreen. THAT’S when they tell you, that you have to buy a bag, but fail to mention where to put the lone cart I had found, and was using. So what happens? I broke the door with the cart, just trying to find its home. In a nutshell, it felt like they were MORE interested in watching people, than actually selling anything.

I like the service this store provided me especially Kimberly who was so kind and detailed with my balloon order. She took extra care and curled those ribbons to attach to the balloons. Customer service was great. Highly recommend to anyone who needs balloon decorations as well as any art craft project.

I shopped at this store for years have spent a lot of money over the years. I would NOT recommend this store anymore because of the lack of customer care from their manager, Cameron. First of all, he is an apathetic and lacks the skills needs to manage and care for his clientele. I bought an order for pick up and was given the wrong item. When I tried to return it, I couldn’t because some unknown reason known to me. I do not recommend this store for their lack of transparency and tact. The manager should be fired 1 for giving me the wrong item when I picked it up from him and 2 because he was rude and condescending. Below is what I ordered and what I got. ON TOP OF THAT, I got charged more money for the warranty for some UNKNOWNED reason when the item is worth less than the insurance. I wAS SCAMMMED
