I called them 4 days in a row. Each day they said they were going to come make a key for my my car and no one showed up. Completely unreliable.

I had an issue with an ignition lock cylinder that was programmed incorrectly. When I went back, I ended up talking to another locksmith and he refused to acknowledge a mistake was made. I decided to email them asking for a refund last week since I lost trust after the last interaction, but I still haven’t heard from them.

I called about my portable gun safe being accidentally locked and Dave the owner gave me several options to help unlock it before I came by. I couldn't reach anyone that made the oversees safe so I stopped by on my lunch break and Jeff unlocked it in less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I should have came by sooner.
