We had a great experience with MidSouth Construction and their Project Manager, James Kuykendall, from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire roofing process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect our property while the work was being done. The quality of the roof replacement exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed on schedule, the job site was left clean each day, and the final result looks excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they take pride in their work. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with MidSouth Construction. James was nothing short of amazing to work with and helped us secure a full roof replacement after our insurance initially approved only a minimal partial repair. Throughout the process, James stayed in close communication, advocated on our behalf with the insurance company, and visited our property multiple times whenever new photos or specifications were needed. I would recommend MidSouth to anyone. They were great to work with even before the replacement began, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. All work was completed in a single day, and James clearly explained what to expect at each stage of the process. They truly are the best.

After this past spring’s constant heavy rains we knew we had to upgrade our gutters. Midsouth Construction came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. This was our first time buying new gutters so we were nervous going into it but Zach walked us through the entire process. From picking out the color to choosing the type of gutter we wanted Zach gave us the confidence and comfort we were looking for. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Lightening hit a tree in my backyard causing wood splinters to explode into my siding. MidSouth construction was recommended by my insurance carrier. Can’t speak highly enough about my experience with MidSouth construction. Everything was completed as promised. All phone calls were promptly returned. All questions answered. MidSouth Construction kept me informed every step of the process. And an added bonus…super nice. All work was exceptional and seamless. ALSO! Our contractor was James…he is so nice and knowledgeable. Mid-South Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! Erik Popplewell was our contractor, and he was incredible to work with. He handled the inspection and walked us through the insurance process to make sure our roof was covered after hail damage from this past May. Because of his help, we were also able to replace all of our gutters. Erik was always responsive and, despite being very busy with other projects, he made time for us whenever we had questions or needed help. We truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Mid-South Roofing.
