Ate here for the first time and i was not disappointed. The service from the time you entered was top notch. The food was exceptional! That was probably the best pasta and chicken i have ever had.

This experience was with the fall 2025 September Menu. This was by and far the best meal I have ever had in both Lexington and Kentucky. Heck, this was by and far one of the best meals I’ve had in quite some time. Everything from the drinks, to the food, and the absolutely spot on service were incredible. With so much care and attention to detail in all of those aspects, Mileta made a birthday night for my girlfriend absolutely extraordinary and I can’t thank the staff enough. Mileta does a class A job of creating a wonderful environment to be completely focused in on the dining experience to me there’s not a bad seat in the house. I’ll also say that Alicia O was absolutely incredible as our server, she killed it. The kitchen excelled with food that is simply beyond compare! Sourced from as many local farmer and vendors as possible (as far as I’ve been able to tell) Mileta does a fantastic job giving you the best foo around from cocktails to dessert. If you have a full traditional dining experience where you try something from each section, this will be a pricer meal but it will one you will remember and thoroughly enjoy from beginning to end! From the fries with their amazing sauce, the local squash and dilly sauce, the fresh pasta alone that will send you over the moon, one if the best well served pieces of meat around, and ending with homemade Parmesan ice cream that will simply wow the tastebuds. This is incredible restaurant is on a completely different level than we’ve seen in Lexington. Chef Alex and Dallas are pushing the bar of what can be in Lexington and the experience we had highlights that from beginning to end. I personally can’t wait to see where they go! If you’re on the fence, go for lunch or brunch! You can even have a cocktail and a dessert at the bar. But truly, have a meaningful meal here, give as many details as possible when you make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

We came here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. They gave us a free champagne toast to celebrate and the drinks and food were amazing. For food, we had the oysters, fiori, and halibut. All which were delicious! The halibut had to be our favorite though. For drinks, we had the burning couches in tokyo, the paradiso, the big dumb hat, and the nitro draft orange drink. I wish every meal was as tasty as this one!! The atmosphere was also incredible. Every detail was very intentional and well-executed. Our server was amazing! Her name was Candice and I hope she's there the next time we go because we will be back!

I’ve visited Mileta several times now, and after a handful of experiences, I’m thrilled to share a collective review of this exceptional restaurant. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is absolutely captivating. The space is stunning — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The service has been consistently next-level; I don’t think I’ve ever had to refill my own water from the carafe because the staff is always one step ahead. Let’s start with the cocktails: each one is truly crafted to perfection. Every drink I’ve ordered has been flawlessly balanced and beautifully presented. The food is equally impressive. It feels authentic to true Italian style — unique, elevated, and refreshingly different from any other Italian restaurant in the area. Every dish I’ve tried has been wonderful. Their selection of bottled wine is expansive, offering something special for every palate. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Mileta. To the owner: job well done. To future guests: bon appétit. Well done, Mileta — well done

I loved it.. beautiful restaurant.. I hope you guys expand in different markets. Beautiful concept.. it feels like a place you can have a really great dinner and then continue to have drinks at the bar or in the front and continue on with date night.. the curated music was amazing as well thanks for having us and we’ll see you guys soon. Btw beautiful bathroom
