I love this place so much! The prices are extremely reasonable. The prizes are also incredible. The staff are even better. Emma was a wonderful staff and extremely nice.
Super helpful fun staff make this a five star experience! Plentiful machines with good plushies make this with destination to seek out! Lucas and Mina were super kind in helping ny kiddo nab the plushies he really wanted. It’s worth the premium to come here!

Mirai Arcade was a pleasant stop during my trip to the Orlando area. The atmosphere is inviting, and the arcade has a modern Japanese-inspired design that clearly seems to be their main focus. Prizes ranged from high-end collectibles, such as various Pop Mart items (yes, including the hard-to-find Labubus), to trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece), and many other figurines, plushies, and gashapon-style items. The games available were mainly claw machines, but they had a variety of play styles. There were the standard “grab the prize” machines, but also others where you pick up a die and win if it lands on a certain number, machines where you pick up ping-pong balls and win if they land in the right hole, machines where you pick up a ring and try to land it on a peg, and more. That added a novelty that most arcades seem to lack. I bought the $35 package, which gives you 125 credits. The machines ranged from 8.5 credits per play up to 38 credits per play. This will vary depending on the credit package you buy, but for me, that meant the cost ranged from about $2.38 per play (low-end prizes such as generic plush) up to about $10.64 per play (Pop Mart, Pokémon, and mid-tier items). Most machines were 18.5 credits per play, or about $5.18 per play. I’ll be honest: the employees were the ones who saved the day when it came to my overall impression. As soon as I walked in, everyone was polite and welcoming, with smiling faces and positive attitudes. They watched as I failed miserably at grabbing prizes but always gave me encouragement and tips to improve my chances. Cathy helped me at one of the dice machines. After seeing my many attempts to roll a three, she kindly offered me one extra chance—and it actually landed on three! Later, at a regular machine, Victoria watched as I grabbed a prize and brought it all the way to the chute, only for the claw to swing it back into the playfield. She was the real all-star. She opened the machine and moved the prize to an easier spot after seeing me struggle, and I was able to win it. If it weren’t for Victoria and Cathy, I would have left empty-handed and upset. Now, about the prices. I’m familiar with the costs and overhead of these kinds of businesses, and I have to say it’s hard to justify the price per play on some of the machines. I visited two other similar arcades in the Orlando area, and both had noticeably lower prices for very similar prizes. However, credit where it’s due: Mirai had the best-looking location by far. I’m not saying it’s not worth visiting, but if you’re on a budget, this might not be the ideal place. All in all, I would recommend Mirai Arcade. I had fun, I actually left with prizes—thanks to Victoria and Cathy—and I loved the overall atmosphere. I would definitely come back and bring some friends next time I’m in the area. 5/5.
my husband and i are in town for an expo and decided to check out all the claw machine arcades in the area - mirai was our last stop and “save the best for last” definitely applies here! the staff was SO friendly and accommodating and you could tell they really wanted you to win and have fun. the space was a whole vibe - really cool decor everywhere, super fair machines (the mini claws were my absolute favorite to play) collectibles that any true toy collector would appreciate just even looking at, high quality prizes and a well stocked retail section! highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, unique and super fulfilling activity to do! we won so many prizes and can’t wait to bring them home to our daughters. thank you, mirai ♥️
