I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Glass in Dallas. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even had a small desk in the waiting area, which let me sit and work comfortably while they took care of my car — a small detail, but it made a big difference. I had a windshield replacement on my Mercedes, and I was very specific about wanting OEM glass, not aftermarket. Mr. Glass handled everything professionally, worked through the approval process, and explained the options clearly. I did end up paying a little over the alternative option, but it was well worth it. The OEM glass is noticeably better, and I’m very glad I stuck to my guns. The install itself was clean, precise, and done right, including proper calibration. The final cost was significantly less than the Mercedes dealer, with no shortcuts taken. Great people, great communication, excellent workmanship. If you care about your vehicle and want the job done correctly the first time, this is the place to go. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
