Samsung took forever to deliver the part they needed to fix my phone. Contrarily, Mobile Klinik took absolutely no time to put the part into my phone. The thing is now running like it is brand new.

I just wanted to take a minute to talk about my experience with mobile klinik. I went by to get my broken s23 ultra looked at and found the cost to repair my phone or do a data extraction. We started talking phone plans and found out not only could I save $100 per month between our phone plan but they would also sell me an s23 ultra for the price of the repair my old phone needed. They even went as far as to hook a screen up to my old S23 and do a data transfer saving years of memories and my company data. Fast forward the battery was giving me some issues and needed to be charged 3 times per day. I had issues with 2 different mobile klinik locations but I went back to market mall and they repaired the phone in 2 hours under warranty and we're understanding of the situation and listened to my feedback on the other locations. I highly recommend this location as a business owner myself I can say thats a level of customer service I like to see.

Big thanks to Alexci at the Market Mall Mobile Klinik. My phone died, so I missed my appointment with them, but he was completely accommodating and helped me anyway. He was very patient with all my questions as a technical person and expertly diagnosed my Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which resulted in RMA. His professionalism and clear expertise made a stressful situation so much easier.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kamal checked my phone charging port and actually helped me figure out the real issue. I was worried I’d need an expensive repair or full replacement (even with TELUS Device Care Complete, that could have been $150–$400 out of pocket). Instead, he discovered it was just the charger — a simple $40 fix. I left relieved, not upsold, and very impressed. Excellent customer service and honesty — thank you, Kamal! Definitely worth checking here first.
