Not an honest shop. I used this store as a Google service replacement for my phone battery and so many lies. 'oh yes sir one more day', just one more day sir. Six days later I got some angry man on the phone who said he won't fix the phone. An hour later they said the phone was "ready for pickup". Nothing was fixed. The phone battery was almost dead, overheating, nothing was changing. They just play games. I had to call back Google to find a new solution for my phone which is still broken. They refused to give me any proof of service that they fixed anything at all. They gave the phone back to me more dirty in worse condition than I handed it in.

I was there today for battery replacement. They lost my Sim card in the process. Phone didn't read the Sim right after I left their shop and Sim card tray was stuck. So I bring the phone back and they had to remove the back plate to pull the tray out and when they did, there was no Sim card. Instead of an apology, all I heard was how they saw the signal lines that they are sure the they had put the Sim card in.

Do not waste your time - more concerned with deflecting blame than fixing issues. If you value your own time, do not throw it in the garbage with a place that will fully schedule a service that they are not willing/able to do; will not return calls or e-mails; and force you to go all the way physically to the store just tell you off on what should be a legally required battery replacement. IMO that is an unexcusable lack of accountability and respect for other people's time. Wish there were negative stars for such places.
