My Samsung z6 Flip needed a new screen. They repaired it and I was going to leave a wonderful review. About 2 months later I now need a new screen saver. We called as it is under 90 days since I got the phone back. Without them even looking at the phone, they said it wasn't a defect that they will not fix it. They said they didn't have the tools. After spending over 600.00 on a new screen one would think that the screen saver would last longer the 2 months. And that they would fix my phone. Now I have to send it to Mississauga for repair. Not impressed.
