DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEDIUM TO LARGE DOGS HERE!! they are okay with small dogs but do not take your large fur babies here!!! i have a leonberger which has very long hair and i told the tech Alora to match his top to the sides because the sides were shorter than the top and to clean him up… how do we get to completely shaving his whole body down to a inch long??? these techs have no clue what they’re doing. I have a small dog less than 20 pounds and she was able to complete his service without a problem but then complained my other dog was to large and “forgot” to cut his feet or clean his ears?? i then contacted the tech to understand what happened and she was unprofessional and put all the blame on me that she didn’t understand i explained 3 times how i wanted my dogs haircut and got him back like this. then proceeded to explain that he is a double coated dog and shouldn’t be cut how she cut his hair THEN WHY WOULD YOU CUT HIS HAIR LIKE THAT???? Taking this as a learning lesson, not all grooming places know how to take care of our fur babies. and do not expect a refund for the bad the services….. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LARGE DOG HERE!!!
Do not I repeat do not let these people touch your pets. I am so upset right now. Let me start off by saying I have been a customer for many years. Yolanda is a nice person. Tommy on the other hand is dangerous. One of my dogs he cut his nails so close that my poor baby was bleeding all over the place. Then on top of that they didn't even let me know. I didn't find out until my baby was bleeding all over the place. Then all I got from Yolanda was that she was sorry for what Tommy did. After that I still kept using them. No issues for a couple of years after that. Then here we go again. I asked Yolanda for a nice trim on my yorkie. Mind you after Tommy's first mistake I asked her over and over do not let Tommy touch my dog. Not only did she let him almost shave my dog but she sat there and watched. Then I just noticed that he nipped my baby on her stomach. This can not be real. After all this now the number is disconnected. I have never been so upset in my life. Use them at your own risk is all I can say. Also they are using a different name. When I first started using them they where clip and go. New van a different name.
the groomer did not understand my instruction on how my puppy would like to be trimmed, and when the company I guess offered partial refund, the groomer did not response and did not refund me, and no action was taking further by the company or the groomer to resolve the dispute. The pricing was not clear in the first place and is overpriced for the final result I got.
Unprofessional !! I was a customer for 2 yrs and with the exception of my groomer arriving 2 hrs late - I was a happy customer BUT not today My groomer was dismissive of my concerns for an up charge that she applied because she said that my 3yr old shih-izu bit her. She did not make an attempt to connect with my pet before she rendered service. When my dog greeted her by standing on his legs and leaning on her with excitement Her response was this is him in a sedation ? My original complaint was that customers should be advised before service that additional charges can be applicable based on the temperament of the pet ( this was her explanation for the additional charge) Her response was that the front office should have advised me and that other groomers should have charged more I contacted the front office and instead of addressing the issue with me I received a call from my groomer who was extremely hostile in her tone - she was loud and over talked me in an effort to defend her position This hostility continued when I gave a negative review - I received this response by text Ma'am, I am very sorry you're unhappy with the extra charge however it has been explained to you multiple times that the charge was due to your dog biting the groomer. A charge for biting cannot be given before the incident occurs. I was very kind to your dog and professional with you. Again, I'm sorry you aren't happy with the charge, but there will be no refund. I wish you the best finding a new groomer. Have a nice day. I was charged $130 today for the same services that was received in March I would not recommend this company
