The back of my phone was all cracked. My insurance arranged it to be fixed with Mobile Solutions. They got in touch same day to arrange a time to suit. Dropped it off this morning with them, very friendly helpful staff. I’m delighted with the repair and would recommend. Thank you

I arrived at the shop with my zflip 4charger attached as everytime I removed charger or closed the phone it switched off. So I thought battery they agreed and informed me there were two and yes they could change them it would take 2 hours but to check back after 1hr I was also informed there was a risk when i checked back they informed me it was the screen which would be an expensive repair but they had two in stock so I agreed to repair another hr and I have my phone returned intact no need to reload anything just charge and go fantastic service great communication and honest with what was happening they did not replace the batteries as that was not the cause of problem but they could have which would of added another £70 to my bill. I would recommend 100 % Thankyou team at mobile solutions.

I had a fantastic experience! My iPhone had a cracked screen, and they fixed it within an hour—super fast and hassle-free. The member of staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The phone looks and works like new again, and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciate their efficiency and quality of work. Highly recommended if you need any phone repairs!
