Not only was my older s9 phone with (7 years of my life on it) repaired over night but, these people were honest (unlike a lot of others) and were willing to work with me and my budget. Only 12 reviews so far but they deserve more. I honestly will NOT take my phones to anyone else after experiencing funny games with other repair shops. Give these guys a chance. BTW. Go ahead and check out my google reviews. I have done a lot and am always honest. Thank you to Mobile Care and all the staff/technicians In Polo Park mall. 5 stars!

I brought my Samsung to this shop a month ago for a screen replacement. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. After the screen was replaced, the phone stopped charging entirely. They tried to fix that issue and eventually succeeded, but when the phone finally powered on, I discovered two major problems: The new screen does not support the fingerprint sensor, which is a critical feature for me. The phone no longer recognizes any SIM card. Despite these issues being a direct result of their "repair," they offered no solution or compensation. I ended up having to buy a brand-new phone because mine was left unusable as a mobile device. I strongly do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere professional.

I got a iPhone 15 pro from these guys. The customer service I received was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but these guys are so good in what they do that I had to write one. Their product quality is also excellent. I recommend this place to everyone.
