They came out on a Saturday when we had no water after our main water line broke, and it was such a stressful situation. They were quick to respond, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got everything fixed fast. Their professionalism and responsiveness made a huge difference. Chad and Brody did a great job of installing my new gas water heater. They made sure everything was done to code and nice and clean. They were respectful and finished the job in just about 4 hours. It looks great and I'm glad to have a good water heater!
This company is great, we needed help with a leak in our bathroom wall and they came out the morning I called. Ron and his helper were courteous, explained what needed to be done and did the job. Cleaned up after themselves and Modern Plumbing is our go to Plumbing company from now on.
I had a nice experience with Ben. He had at first shared numbers with me that were overwhelming for me but I understood that Modern Plumbing is a business and they need their employees to support them. After we did the walk thru Ben guided me thru the whole process of how to change out a kitchen faucet. Looks so nice by the way, AND dry. I’m sure Ben is busy but yet took the time to help me understand and make me feel comfortable since I am home by myself. Thank you for giving me great service and a dry home for me and my husband.
