He had at first shared numbers with me that were overwhelming for me but I understood that Modern Plumbing is a business and they need their employees to support them. After we did the walk thru Ben guided me thru the whole process of how to change out a kitchen faucet. Looks so nice by the way, AND dry. I’m sure Ben is busy but yet took the time to help me understand and make me feel comfortable since I am home by myself. Thank you for giving me great service and a dry home for me and my husband.
